After delivering a number of medium pressure meters for this supplier we were asked to deliver a proposal for adopting their portfolio of large Industrial and Commercial meters including High Pressure Installations.

We were able to deliver a saving on MAM charges in excess of 50%; higher where the existing meter can be adopted without replacement

Severn Trent Water needed a new gas supply to feed 2 new natural gas CHP’s providing electricity to their Water Treatment Works. The application was to be installed on an existing operational site that works 24/7 supplying water treatment services to the local community. Given the operational nature of the site there were difficulties in finding a meter location that did not interfere with operations or restrict future development.

The eventual location made access difficult and close liaison with other site construction works were necessary. The forward thinking of the STW project team enabled us to plan well ahead.  We took delivery of the meter module in our workshop storing it until it was required on site. The meter was subsequently installed, tested and commissioned well ahead of schedule 

We invested considerable time with both the end customer and energy supplier to design and construct the solution. We sourced components from a number of suppliers and constructed and pressure tested the rig off site before reassembling at the customer location.

We have just delivered our latest high pressure unregulated meter to one of our key customers.

Unregulated means they can use the gas for their process with as little compression as possible. Less compression means using less energy in addition to their use of 

green gas!

Installed on a high profile Dutchy of Cornwall site, this was another non-standard medium pressure meter delivered within budget and ahead of time. Given the profile of this installation there was a lot of oversight with strict standards imposed.
